Winmy6 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the winmy6 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. Acceptance of these terms is an absolute condition of using any services offered by winmy6.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. winmy6 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on winmy6. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose — including to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses more than once — is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently terminated.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. winmy6 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. winmy6 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the winmy6 support team immediately at [email protected].

The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
  • Attempted fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through the platform.
  • Posting or distributing content that is defamatory, harmful, or unlawful.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the winmy6 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers and approved e-wallets. The current list of accepted payment methods can be found in your account section.

Winmy6 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third parties such as banks or payment processors during deposit or withdrawal transactions. It is the user's responsibility to understand any fees that may be applied by their own financial service providers.

Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered and verified under the same name as your winmy6 account. Processing times are typically within 24 to 48 business hours, subject to any required verification. winmy6 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes.

Funds in your account do not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another user. Any attempt to transfer or sell account funds to a third party is prohibited and may result in account closure.

4. Liability Limitations & Account Policy

Winmy6 provides the platform on an as-is basis, without any ongoing warranty as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any service disruption resulting from system maintenance, technical issues beyond our control, or force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, or internet infrastructure failures.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect game outcome or betting credit, winmy6 reserves the right to correct the error, including debiting any incorrectly credited amount from the user's account. Users are not entitled to claim compensation beyond the actual value that should have been credited.

Account Suspension & Closure

Winmy6 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of any applicable law.
  • Breach of these terms and conditions, including the use of multiple accounts.
  • Request from a relevant authority.
  • Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified under the current policy.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons with no fraudulent activity involved, any remaining balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.

5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law

All content on the winmy6 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and game content — is the property of winmy6 or protected under licence from third-party providers. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from winmy6.

The winmy6 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. winmy6 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of any third-party service is at the user's own risk and subject to the relevant third-party's terms.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the winmy6 platform shall be resolved in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute relating to this platform.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. winmy6's failure to enforce any provision of these terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
